A four-time NAIA National qualifier, Jeremiah Bias '07 had Lyndon's second-highest placing at NAIA National Championship (31st), earned the school's fastest national championship eight-kilometer time of 25:19, holds the institution's fourth fastest 8k course time ever of 25:19 and was crowned Vermont State Intercollegiate Champion in 2003.
A four-time All-Region Team selection, he was named to the All-Sunrise Conference Team four times

In the classroom, Bias held an overall Grade-Point-Average of 3.50 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health Science from Lyndon in 2007. He is currently a physical education and health teacher at the Walden School in West Danville having held the same position previously at schools in Jay and Westfield.

As a cross-country runner for Lyndon from 2002 through 2005 he earned many honors and awards. They include: Sunrise Conference Rookie of the Year – 2002, NAIA National Meet qualifier – 2002-05, NAIA All-Region IX and X Team – 2002-05 and Vermont State Intercollegiate Runner-up – 2004

Bias was named New England Magazine Vermont Runner of the Year in 2003 and was elected Lyndon's Outstanding Male Student Athlete in 2004. He collected Lyndon and Sunrise Conference Scholar-Athlete Awards – 2004 and 2005

Since graduation, he has continued to be involved in Lyndon Athletics. He has served as the assistant coach for the men's and women's cross country running teams from 2006 to the present and has been the lead coordinator for several after school programs to keep young adolescents engaged and provide them with opportunities to be active outside of school.
