Greggory Rose ’04 graduated from Lyndon State College with a degree in allied health sciences/K-12 physical education.
As a four-year starter and two-year captain on the men’s basketball team, Gregg earned All-Conference honors in 2001-2002 and 2002-2003. He was also named to the Mayflower Conference All-Tournament Team in 2001. Gregg was a member of the 2000-2001 conference championship team. He scored 1,308 points in his college career and had over 500 rebounds.
Gregg played baseball for three years at Lyndon. He earned All-Conference honors in 2003. Also that year, he was named MVP & LSC Sunrise Player of the Week.
He has held various coaching positions over the years, including middle school soccer, basketball, and softball coach at Elm Street School; junior varsity basketball coach, assistant football coach, and varsity basketball coach for Poland Regional High School; summer basketball camp coach and tri-town travel basketball coach for Poland Recreation Department.
Gregg’s volunteer activities include Whitter Community Service Day in 2013, Tri-Town Family 5K Committee member (2012 to present), and RSU #16 Wellness Committee member.
Gregg is a physical education teacher at RSU #16 in Poland, Maine. He and his wife, Sarah Gagnon Rose ’04, live in Poland, with their daughter Payton, who is seven.
