Lyndon Men’s Soccer Builds Attack With Transfer Striker Brooks White

Lyndonville, VT - Brooks White (Springfield, IL) has committed and deposited to Vermont State University Lyndon for the Fall 2026 semester. White was at Andrew College for the prior school year and plans to study Exercise Science.

In his one season playing at Andrew, White totaled 5 goals and 4 assists in 984 minutes of play. A versatile player, he was a contributor as a freshman as a winger, striker, and attacking midfielder.

In addition to playing at the collegiate level for a season, White has spent 3 seasons playing for the FC Birmingham Academy, making appearances for the first team in early 2025 onwards.

White's coach at Andrew commented, "Brooks White is a player that reminds me why I love coaching. He came to us in the fall with a lot to learn, and what he showed over the course of the season was something you can't teach, a genuine commitment to getting better every single day. The improvement he made was remarkable, and it came entirely from his own determination and willingness to put in the work. Any program that gets Brooks is getting not just a player, but a genuine competitor. I can't wait to watch him continue to grow."

Lyndon Men's Soccer Head Coach Zach Blaser looks forward to adding White's hustle, playmaking, and experience to his squad, "Brooks has a great work rate both on and off the field. He is a clinical player that has the ability to play anywhere up top thanks to both his speed and physicality. We look forward to him making an immediate impact for the team this upcoming season."

White joins Fisher Lajoie, Adrian Placencia Jr., Gavin Rummler, Cayden Cowley, Evan Perez, Gavin Getz, Jett Burnett, and Charles Ishiabwe in Lyndon's Fall 2026 recruiting class. The Hornets expect to announce additional commitments in the near future.
