Lyndonville, VT - Vermont State University Lyndon has released its 2025 women's soccer schedule.  The Hornets will open the campaign on Monday, September 1st, when they host Paul Smith's College for a non-conference matchup.

The Hornets have a 13-game regular season slate, featuring nine North Atlantic Conference matchups.

Each of the ten NAC soccer playing schools will face each other once.  Lyndon will travel to the University of Maine at Farmington, Husson University, the University of Maine at Presque Isle, the State University of New York at Cobleskill, and the State University of New York at Delhi.  The Hornets will host Vermont State University Johnson, Maine Maritime Academy, Thomas College, and Lesley University.  The top six teams in the regular season will qualify for the NAC Championship Tournament, with the tournament winner earning automatic qualification to the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship Tournament.

In addition to the opener against Paul Smith's, Lyndon's non-conference slate will include home and away contests against Vermont State University Randolph and the regular season finale at the State University of New York at Canton.

After non fielding a team in 2024, the Hornets will return to the pitch this season under head coach Zach Blaser.  Blaser, Lyndon's head men's soccer coach, was named the interim women's coach last fall and had the interim tag lifted in the spring.
