Plymouth, NH - P;ymouth State University rolled to a 5-0 non-conference women's tennis victory over Vermont State University Lyndon on Tuesday afternoon.  The Panthers improved to 4-2 with the win, while the Hornets fell to 1-2.

The Plymouth first doubles team of Sofia Orama and Sidney Huff picked up a 6-1 victory over Lyndon's Megan Richardson (Essex Junction, VT) and Kaylee Moore (Brandon, VT).  At number two, Leela Bakhshi and Anyah Fields swept Jazmin Michel (Port Hueneme, CA) and Alexandria Bingham (Barre, VT), 6-0.  The third flight was not contested.

The Panthers rolled to 6-0, 6-0 wins in each of the first four singles flights to put the match away.  Fifth and sixth singles were not contested.

The Hornets return to the courts on Friday afternoon, when they host Vermont State University Johnson in a non-conference doubleheader.  The first match will begin at 3:00 pm.
