Box Score Delhi, NY - The Northern Vermont University-Lyndon men's tennis team traveled to SUNY Delhi for a pivotal North Atlantic Conference match on Saturday. Unfortunately for the Hornets, the host Broncos got the better of things and emerged with a 6-3 victory. The Broncos improve to 2-0 on the season and 1-0 in NAC play, while the Hornets fall to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.
Zach Falkenburg (Bridgeport, NY) had a strong day for the Hornets. He captured his second singles match and teamed with Quinlan Peer (Saranac Lake, NY) for a win at second doubles. Freshman Jeffrey Blais (Newport, VT) picked up his first singles win with a victory at third singles.
