Box Score Lyndonville, VT - The Lyndonville Hornets women's tennis team played their first home match of the season on Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately for the hosts, they were swept, 9-0, by Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts at the Dudley Bell Tennis Center. With the win the Trailblazers improved to 1-2 on the season.

The Hornets travel to Maine for a pair of North Atlantic Conference matches this weekend. On Saturday, they will play Husson College and on Sunday they face Thomas College. Both matches will begin at 1:00 pm. The next home match will be on Wednesday, September 27th, when the Hornets host Castleston State University, starting at 3:30 pm.
