BANGOR, Maine – Joshua Jones scored a game-high 24 points, collected 16 rebounds and handed out five assists to lead Husson to 89-70 victory over Lyndon. He connected on 70 percent of his shots (10-14) from the field and was 3-of-4 from the free throw line.

Jay Uhrin knocked down eight of his nine free throws to tally 22 points, and Matt MacKenzie added 12 points and had two steals for the Eagles.

Jose Fortunato (Boston, Mass.) led the Hornets in scoring with 17 points. He also grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out five assists. Jason Gray (East Thetford, Vt.) netted 15 points, handed out three assists and blocked two shots while Logan Calkins (Danville, Vt.) chipped in 14 points for Lyndon in the loss.
