Waterville, ME - Vermont State University Lyndon women's basketball players Skylar Begay (Tucson, AZ)) and Kiara Mack (Winooski, VT) were among those honored by the North Atlantic Conference when the conference announced its season awards on Wednesday. NAC coaches voted Smith to the All-Conference 2nd Team and the Sportsmanship Team, while Mack was selected to the All-Conference 3rd Team.
Begay, a junior transfer wing, was Lyndon's leading scorer and second leading playmaker in 2025-26. She averaged 13.2 points per game on the season, ranking her sixth in the NAC. In conference play only she finished seventh in scoring at 12.7 points per game. She was also 10th in the conference in assists with 2.6 per game. That number rose to 2.8 per game in conference play, good for ninth place.
