Box Score Utica, NY - SUNY Polytechnic Institute broke open a close game in the fourth quarter and pulled away for a 75-54 North Atlantic Conference victory over Northern Vermont University-Lyndon on Friday evening. With the win the Wildcats improved to 9-3 on the season and 4-0 in NAC play. The Hornets fall to 5-3 overall and 0-2 in conference.
Lyrik Jackson led SUNY Poly with 37 points, 11 rebounds, and four steals. Molly Burdick added 17 points and nine rebounds. Faith Poirier (Portsmouth, NH) paced the Hornets with 14 points. Lea Crompton (Dunbarton, NH) and Kerigan Disorda (Benson, VT) finished with 13 and 10 points respectively.
