Box Score LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Lyndon ran its North Atlantic Conference winning streak to five games Friday with a 74-59 triumph over the University of Maine at Farmington.
With the win, Lyndon improves to 9-11 overall and 9-4 in the NAC. It also marks the first time the Hornets have swept the Beavers in a season series. The loss drops Farmington, who was picked No. 1 in the NAC pre-season poll, to 8-12 overall and 6-7 in league play.
JoJo Woodruff (Washington, D.C.) had 21 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals to lead Lyndon while David Johnson (Washington, D.C.) chipped in 20 points. seven assists and three steals. Iser Barnes (Boston, Mass.) had 19 points, four rebounds, two assists and three steals off the bench and George Carle (Central Falls, R.I.) had six rebounds, three assists and three steals for the winners.
Ben Johnson had 19 points and 16 rebounds for the Beavers and Andrew Dickey added 17 points and five rebounds. Nate Carson had a team-high four assists in the loss.
