LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Five Lyndon players scored 12 points as the Hornets defeated Green Mountain 80-64 Thursday in North Atlantic Conference men's basketball action at Stannard Gymnasium.

JoJo Woodruff (Washington, D.C.) had 12 points, five rebounds, three assists and five steals for Lyndon (4-10, 4-3) while David Johnson (Washington, D.C.) added 12 points, six rebounds and three steals. The tandem of George Carle (Central Falls, R.I.) and Josh Bosworth East Longmeadow, Mass.) had 12 points and three steals each and Rob Alers (Central Falls, R.I.) collected 12 points and two assists.

Javier Lugris had 14 points, 14 rebounds and four steals for the Eagles (3-6, 2-4) while Terry jones and Cassius Belfon added 12 points each. Tyler Provencher dished out a game-high six assists and Robert Holloway blocked three shots in the loss.
