LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Logan Calkins (Danville, Vt.) and D.J. Campbell (Winooski, Vt.) poured in 22 points each to lead Lyndon to an 81-78 upset victory over Husson University.

The Hornets managed to hold the lead for most of the contest and had to withstand a three-point barrage by the Eagles in the waning seconds of the game to pull out the win.

Calkins and O'Bee Byrd (Waterbury, Conn.) had eight rebounds each to lead the Hornets (8-13, 4-7) while Jose Fortunato (Boston, Mass.) handed out eight assists for the winners.

Joshua Jones had a game-high 26 points and 27 rebounds for the Eagles (13-9, 7-4) while Brock Bradford had 14 points and six assists off the bench. Jay Uhrin tallied 12 points in the loss and Erica Modica had 11.
