Lyndonville, VT - The State University of New York at Delhi scored early and often, going on to post s 10-0 victory over Vermont State University Lyndon in Saturday afternoon's North Atlantic Conference men's soccer game.  The contest was the conference opener for both teams.  Delhi improved to 2-3-4 on the season while Lyndon fell to 0-6-1.

Matthew Pozo had a huge game for Delhi, finding the back of the net four times.  Four other Broncos tallied a goal each and Delhi benefitted from an own goal.

Lyndon's offense was stifled all game, only mustering one Gilbert Flores (Winstead, CT) shot.

Salvator Meloni and Joseph Musso each played a half to combine for the shutout without either having to make a save.  D'Amecio Singleton (Savannah, GA) made 16 saves in net for Lyndon.

Delhi outshot Lyndon, 46-1, and earned 17 corner kicks to none for the Hornets.

Lyndon returns to the pitch on Sunday afternoon when they host the State University of New York at Cobleskill in another NAC contest.  Game time is 12:00 noon.
