Game 2 - NVU-Lyndon xx, Bay Path xx
The Hornets looked like they were going to cruise after an eight run first inning. However, with Lyndon leading 11-2, Bay Path put seven runs on the board in the bottom of the third inning to make it a ball game, but the Hornets were able to hold off the Panthers to complete the sweep.

Porter was five for five with a home run and a double and three runs scored. Everett and Blake Southworth (Bethel, VT) both had three hits and Adams and Fortin added two hits apiece.
Suffoletto paced Bay Path with a home run, three RBIs, and three runs scored. Brooke Evanchak had two hits for the Panthers.
Valentine and Seairra Anderson (Somersworth, NH) split pitching duties for the Hornets. Valentine yielded nine runs and five hits in 5.1 innings of work, while Anderson allowed two runs and one hit in 1.2 innings. Scheeren went the distance for Bay Path, allowing 14 earned runs and 20 hits.
The Hornets will travel to Northern Vermont University-Johnson for a doubleheader. The first game will begin at 1:00 pm and be a North Atlantic Conference contest. That game will be followed by a non-conference tilt immediately after.
