In the opener, Kristina Drew led the Terriers with three hits while Alexandra Kriegel and Samantha Moore had two RBI's apiece. For Lyndon, Michelle Wilcox (Sheldon, Vt.), Jo Locke (St. Johnsbury, Vt.), and Natalia Shams (Swampscott, Mass.) led the Hornets with two hits apiece. Kathy Kline (Coventry, R.I.) and Locke knocked in one run each. 
     
For Thomas, Kelsey Crowe gets the win pitching five innings giving up seven hits, one earned run while striking out three and walking one. Shams got the loss, pitching four innings giving up eight hits, 10 earned runs while walking seven and striking out one. 

In the nightcap, Kelsey Crowe led Thomas with two hits and Kaymala Eells had a team-high three RBI's.Shams led Lyndon with three hits while Kline, Shams, and Heather LaValley (Northfield, Vt.) each had an RBI . 

For Thomas, Sarah Pavento got the win pitching five innings giving up nine hits, three earned runs while walking none and striking out two. Shams got the loss pitching two-thirds of an inning giving up four hits, six earned runs while walking three and striking out one.
