Schenectady, NY - Northern Vermont University-Lyndon built a 5-1 lead over Bryant & Stratton-Albany on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately for the Hornets, the Bobcat bats came alive late, as the hosts rallied for a 14-6 victory. For the second day in a row field availability issues necessitated the two teams only playing a single game instead of the originally scheduled doubleheader. Bryant & Stratton improved to 20-17 with the win, while Lyndon fell to 3-11.

The Hornets are scheduled to open North Atlantic Conference play with a four-game series at Husson University next Saturday and Sunday.
