NEW LONDON, N.H. – The Lyndon women's volleyball team were topped by Colby-Sawyer Saturday, 3-0.  The Chargers won all three sets 25-12, 25-15, 25-4.

Offensively the Hornets were led by Laura Drake (Hinsdale, Mass.) who recorded five kills and eight assists.  Kelleigh Murtagh (Merrimack, N.H.) and Gwyneth Stahl (Whitinsville, Mass.) chipped in nine and seven digs, respectively.

Colby-Sawyer was led by senior Kelsey McCulley (Southampton, N.Y.). She registered a match-high 10 kills and added four aces to give her 11 on the day. Gabrielle Ratte (Kula, Hawaii) chipped in eight kills and four aces, while freshman Courtney Murray (Quincy, Mass.) continued her efficient hitting with six kills on .417 hitting. Laura Smolinski (Hebron, Conn.) had 29 assists, 10 digs and four aces.

The Hornets (3-7, 1-1 NAC) host MCLA Tuesday at 6:00pm.
