NORTH ADAMS, Mass. – Lyndon fell to 2-4 on the season Sunday with losses to MCLA and Maine-Fort Kent at a non-conference tri-match.

The Trailblazers earned a sweep of the tri-match with a 3-0 victory over Lyndon.  MCLA was led by Rachel Mills who had eight kills. MCLA used a run midway through the first game to break it open and cruised to a 25-15 victory. They closed out the match by scores of 25-12 and 25-16.

Chanielle Enomoto had 10 assists and Paluilis led with nine digs. Michelle Laga also added seven digs. MCLA had 14 service aces in the match and 27 for the afternoon.

Lyndon was led by Abbey Greene with five kills for the offense while Liz Manville (North Smithfield, Rhode Island) and Kelleigh Murtagh (Merrimack, N.H.) had15 and 13 digs, respectively. Laura Drake (Hinsdale, Mass.) had five assists and nine digs in the loss

Earlier in the day, The University of Maine at Fort Kent defeated Lyndon by scores of 25-8, 25-10 and 25-17.Green had six kills for the Hornets, Gwyneth Stahl (Whitinsville, Mass.) collected six assists and Ashley Barski (St. Johnsbury, Vt.) had 13 digs.
