LYNDON CENTER, Vt. —Kayla Lawlor led all scorers to help New England College beat Lyndon 69-53 on Senior Night. The game was close at halftime as the game was knotted up 30-30 but the Pilgrims pulled away in the second half scoring 39 points to the Hornets 23.

Chelsea Bagley (Wallingford, VT.) led all Hornets with 20 points. Britney Geoffrey (Derby Line, VT.) recorded 10 rebounds. New England College came in to today's game with a record of 10-8 in the NAC and 14-11 overall, while Lyndon came in with a record of 3-15 in the NAC conference and 3-20 on the season.

New England College will play at Husson in the quarterfinals on Tuesday at 5:30pm.
