LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Lyndon evened its overall record at 8-8, and upped its North Atlantic Conference mark to 2-1, with a 3-0 match victory over Johnson State in collegiate women's volleyball action Wednesday.

The Hornets won the match by set scores of 25-12, 25-15 and 25-10.

Abbey Green (Exeter, R.I.) had nine kills for Lyndon to go along with two services and two digs while Joy Piper (Belmont, N.H.) added seven kills, four aces, three digs and three blocks. Kelleigh Murtaugh (Merrimack, N.H.) had five kills three aces two assist and three digs in the victory while Gwyneth Stahl (Whitinsville, Mass.) chipped in three kills, seven services aces, six digs and a match-high 25 assists.

Andrea Williams led the Badgers (0-17, 0-3) with eight kills, 10 digs and two blocks and teammate Anna Bingham had two kills one assist, one ace eight digs and two blocks.
