LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Lyndon outscored Thomas 10-0 over the final 1:58 to walk off with a 79-69 victory in North Atlantic Conference women's basketball action Saturday.

Naomi White (Danville, Vt.) led the Lady Hornets with 21 points and 13 rebounds, and Stephanie Barclay (Woodbury, Vt.) chipped in 17 points. Donna Lawson (Irasburg, Vt.) had 11 points, three assists and four blocked shots in the win, while Abby Fadden (North Haverhill, N.H.) tallied 10 points. Shauna Buck (Newport Center, Vt.) had three steals for Lyndon and Danielle LaFont (Albany, Vt.) handed out three assists.

Karin Bird had 21 points and eight rebounds for the Terriers, and Mallorie Blakney collected 14 points, four assists, two blocked shots and two steals. Kellie Martel scored 13 points for Thomas in the loss.
