TJ Santaw is entering his second season on the Hornets’ coaching staff.  A six-year member of the Hornet baseball program, Santaw played for the green and gold before graduating in 2023 with a degree is Business Administration and returning for a graduate year in 2024.  During his playing career, he was a three-year team captain and a respected leader on and off the field.

Santaw appeared in 147 career games, posting a .338 batting average with 157 hits.  His accolades include three First Team North Atlantic Conference All-Conference selections, Third Team All-Region honors, and the Dudley Bell Male Outstanding Athlete of the Year award in 2023.  Santaw will continue to serve as a leader in all aspects of the program while overseeing the infielders and assisting with the Hornet hitters and baserunners.
