Laura Laramee

Laura Laramee is entering her 11th season as Lyndon's head men's tennis coach and her 10th as the head women's tennis coach.  She began her tenure with the Lyndon men in 2012-2013 and added the women in 2013-2014.

Laramee led the Hornet men to their first ever North Atlantic Confrence championship in 2021.  For that distinction she was recognized as the NAC Coach of the Year.  It marked the Hornets' fourth playoff appearance under Laramee's watch.

Laramee has also has led the Hornet women to four NAC semi-final appearances, including 2019 and 2018.

Laramee previously served as the men’s tennis coach at Johnson State College.  She was named the 2012 North Atlantic Conference Coach of the Year.  Laramee compiled a 16-14 record over her final two seasons at Johnson, and also served as assistant coach for the Johnson women's tennis team.

A 30-year member of the United States Tennis Association, Laramee has also been a United States Professional Tennis Association certified instructor for 19 years and a United States Professional Tennis Registry certified instructor for 21 years.  She has been the head tennis professional at Mountain View Country Club in Greensboro, VT for 12 years.  She is also the head teaching pro at Collins Perley Sports Complex in Saint Albans, VT, and is the varsity girls tennis coach at Bellows Falls Academy-St. Albans High School.

She previously coached the Lake Region High School girl’s tennis team for 16 seasons and was a tennis instructor at Smugglers' Notch Resort in Stowe, Vt. for 11 years.  Also, she has been the head teaching professional in the North Troy Tennis Program, a league that serves athletes ages six to 18, since the 1997 season.
