Cameron Curler

In December of 2025 Cameron Curler was named the Interim Senior Associate Athletic Director at Vermont State University Lyndon.  Curler initially joined Lyndon Athletics as the Head Baseball Coach in September of 2025 and continues to lead the baseball program.

In 2023, Curler's first year with the program, the Hornets finished 3rd in the North Atlantic Conference East Division, producing a .500 record in conference play and the program's most victories in a single season since 2019.  Three Hornets earned All-Conference honors, and seven Hornets earned spots on the NAC All-Academic Team.

In 2024, Lyndon produced four All-Conference performers, and eight NAC All-Academic performers.  The team also earned the American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award for the first time in program history.

In 2025, the team once again matched the dozen win mark, which included the program's first victories over in-state rival, Middlebury College, and NAIA opponent, Fisher College.  Two Hornets earned All-Conference honors, and a record setting 12 Hornets earned NAC All-Academic honors.

Curler came to Lyndon from NCAA Division I Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, where he served as an assistant coach.  At Iona, Curler worked primarily with infielders and hitters and served as third base coach. He had recruiting responsibilities throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, and coordinated the program's prospect and youth camps.

Before Iona, Curler spent the prior two seasons as an assistant at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. At Dartmouth, he also worked with infielders, coached first base, and served as the program's on-campus recruiting contact.

Prior to going to Dartmouth, Curler spent five seasons at the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, VT.  He was an assistant for four years, before being elevated to head coach and athletic director in 2018-2019.  He was the program's lead assistant when the Fighting Saints captured back to back United States Small college Athletic Association national championships in 2016 and 2017.

Curler broke into college coaching in 2013 as an assistant coach at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, NY.  He has also coached in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League and in the Central Florida Summer League, and has directed and instructed at dozens camps throughout the country.

Curler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Castleton State College in 2014 and a Master of Education from St. Joseph in 2016.  He was a four-year starter on the Castleton baseball team, and part of the winningest class in program history. He was team captain as a senior, and a part of two North Atlantic Conference championship teams.

Curler takes over a Hornet program that went 9-23 overall and 4-6 in NAC play the preceding spring.  Lyndon will be seeking a return to the NAC playoffs for the first time since 2019, when the Hornets finished second in the regular season and third in the conference tournament.

Curler previously served as VTSU Lyndon's Assistant Director of Residence Life in addition to his baseball duties.  He resides on campus with his wife Kelly, and daughter, Kealy.
