Academic Goals:  To earn a high GPA and to be as knowledgeable about physical therapy as much as I can.
Athletic Goals:  Improve in tennis and play to the best of my ability
Most memorable athletic moment or experience:  Before my final year of girl's tennis, my high school coach took the team and I to the US open before the start of senior year where we had the opportunity to watch some professional tennis. 
Person in sports that you respect or admire the most, and why:  Professional tennis player Novak Djokovic from Serbia. I admire his tennis ability and athleticism, especially how strong he is mentally on the court. I also respect him for the person he is off the court; he embodies kindness and humility. Djokovic tends to receive lots of hate due to his beliefs, but whether people agree with him or not is the reason why he's admired by many - he is willing to stand firm in what he believes no matter the consequences. Compare that to many people today who are willing to compromise themselves to avoid standing out or being the target. In this world where deceit and dishonesty is commonly practiced, a person like Djokovic is refreshing to see who is not afraid to go against the current.
Person outside of sports that you respect or admire the most, and why:  My mother I respect dearly. She is the reason I am where I'm at today, and the person I am also. She always encouraged to do my best in all that I do, and to never give up. Her motto was to always keep your head up and look at life dead in the eye.
Favorite activity outside of tennis:  Hanging with family/friends
