NVU-Lyndon Cross Country Courses
For more than two decades, the cross country courses at NVU-Lyndon have been home to 14 conference championships, seven regional titles, five national championship meet contenders and a two-time women’s national champion.  The venue was featured in the November 1994 issue of Runner's World and is designed in a true cross country terrain style, featuring surfaces of packed dirt, grass or pine needles.  The facility includes rugged footing with constantly changing inclines.  It has been rated by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics as a 4.5 on a five-point scale where a rating of 5 is considered the most difficult and challenging.
